The College offers Certificate 3 in Customer Contact. The program includes core modules on using IT Technology, Safety in a Call Centre Environment, Customer Service and either inbound or outbound calls. Electives include sales, actioning faults, telemarketing and product knowledge.




Certificate 4 in Customer Contact suits team leaders and supervisors as the course addresses leadership skills within a call centre environment.
