Certificate IV in Frontline Management

Funded by the Department of Education & Training*, the Australian College is delivering Certificate IV in Frontline Management for interested participants in the Nowra / Shoalhaven region and the Goulburn / Southern Tablelands region. The six module program will commence in June 2012, with monthly workshops conducted in Nowra & Goulburn to assist students with materials and assessment tasks.

The course has a Management focus with the following modules covered:

  1. Leadership
  2. Prioritising for Supervisors
  3. Safety for Supervisors
  4. Teamwork for Supervisors
  5. Operational Planning
  6. Customer Service for Supervisors

An enrolment fee of $492 per semester applies, with the course valued at over $3000. **

This qualification builds clerical, reception and accounts skills of administrative employees working in a medical practice. The course provides all the essential skills such as responding to face to face and telephone enquiries, arranging appointments, processing accounts, conducting on line transactions and maintaining medical records

Certificate 3 in Business Administration (Legal)

This Certificate 3 Qualification will assist employees in a legal environment understand the terminology of specialist legal areas, provide greater understanding and awareness of the legal system and develop skills to produce documents relevant to the legal industry.

Certificate 4 in Legal Services

This Certificate 4 Qualification is for experienced legal administration staff seeking to improve skills or to have current skills recognised by achieving a nationally recognised qualification. The program builds understanding on higher level legal processes and research skills. The areas of law covered include contract law; torts; and primary sources such as legislation.

For lenders and collectors

The new Credit Act requirements can be addressed through a government funded course available NOW.

The Certificate 4 in Credit Management covers lending, security, collections and compliance in financial services.

Options exist to complete the course by correspondence or by submitting workplace evidence of your skills and knowledge.
