Business and IT Training Services Manager

Originally from the state of New Hampshire in the USA, Chris brings 21 years' experience in front line leadership and senior management to his College role. Chris has enjoyed a diverse career which has included supervising over a thousand people in the defence forces and has been involved in face to face training throughout his career.

Chris' focus at the College are the Business, Training and Leadership courses, holding qualifications in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Frontline Management, Diploma of Management, as well as a Bachelor Degree with Honours in Occupational Education, Majoring in Management.

Chris arrived in Australia in December 2009 with his Australian wife and two children.

National Training Manager

Jason is one of the College’s Training Managers bringing to his role 14 years of working in IT, specialising in Information Technology and Business Management.

Jason’s career has involved managing IT outsource services for small, medium and large organisations.

Jason holds a Diploma in Management and a Certificate IV in IT, Training and Assessment and is currently completing a Diploma in Information Technology.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys a good book and spending time with his beautiful wife.

Assessments

Besides her strong background in the finance industry, Sharon also set up and ran her own business for many years. Joining the College in 2004, she really adds to the diversity and expertise of our team.

Sharon sees the lion's share of your student's assessment tasks and is committed to providing feedback that is motivating and instructive. Students really appreciate the added value!

Life's busy, but when it's time for a break Sharon and her family like to pack up the tent and find a place to slow down and enjoy the freedom of camping somewhere peaceful.

Student Advisor - Marketing & Human Resources

Pauline brings to the team 15 years of retail experience specialising in Human Resources having recently completed her Honours Degree in Commerce.

Pauline's interests include volunteering for a number of charities, including the Cancer Council and she enjoys the company of good friends and family.

Student Advisor - Business

Melissa is apart of the College's Business Tutor team and brings to her role 4 years experience in Administration, specialising in Business Administration.

Melissa holds qualifications in Certificate III in Business Administration, Certificate IV in Business, Partial Certificate III in Financial Services (Accounts Clerical), and a Web design course.

In her time away from work, Melissa loves to spend time with her friends and family.
