National Training Manager

Jo has Diplomas in Frontline Management and Financial Services, and Certificate IV qualifications in Training and Assessment and Small Business and the mercantile agents qualification: Certificate III in Financial Services (Mercantile Agents).

Jo uses her experience and qualifications to run the Colleges highly successful credit management and mercantile programs.

Jo is also a Director of Horizon Credit Union which ensures that she stays up to date with the legal framework and current issues facing the finance sector.

When away from work Jo enjoys the company of her family and good friends, and is a keen traveller. For her next holiday she is off to Croatia.

National Training Manager

Nicole is one of the College’s Training Managers, bringing to her role 7 years of Training Experience and 14 years of Finance Industry Experience specialising in Financial Services Products.

Nicole has a background in the finance industry as well as having run her own successful small business for some years.

Nicole holds qualifications in Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Financial Services and a Diploma of Business.

Outside of work Nicole enjoys a quiet morning jog with her beautiful dog along the harbour, and when it is time for a break loves nothing better than to get away with her family skiing in the winter and camping in the summer.

Assessments

Besides her strong background in the finance industry, Sharon also set up and ran her own business for many years. Joining the College in 2004, she really adds to the diversity and expertise of our team.

Sharon sees the lion's share of your student's assessment tasks and is committed to providing feedback that is motivating and instructive. Students really appreciate the added value!

Life's busy, but when it's time for a break Sharon and her family like to pack up the tent and find a place to slow down and enjoy the freedom of camping somewhere peaceful.

Student Advisor - Financial Services

For the past 11 years, Jennifer has worked at St George Bank and worked in a variety of different roles, including Bank Teller, Customer Call Consultant and a Training Manager.

When Jennifer is not working, she has a passion for Irish Dancing, which she enjoys several times per week. Jennifer also enjoys going to the beach with her children and two dogs.

Student Advisor - Financial Services

Leanne is one of the College’s Financial Services Tutor’s and brings to her role 11 years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry specialising in Financial Services and Accounting.

Leanne holds qualifications in Certificate III Financial Services (Mercantile Agents), Advance Certificate in Accounting and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Leanne enjoys walking, swimming, reading fiction and spending time with her family.

Traineeship Coordinator

Janelle joined the team in early 2011 and works as a Traineeship Coordinator.

In her spare time, Janelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
